CODEX33 Software Training Refund Policy

We at CODEX33 are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences to our Trainees. To ensure a fair and transparent refund process, we have established the following refund policy for our classes.

1. Refund Eligibility:

(a) Refunds will only be considered for requests made within the first hour of the CODEX33 Training Class Session.
(b) The one-hour refund window comprises the first sub-module of a class.

2. How to Request a Refund:

(a) To request a refund, Trainees must vocalise their intent within the first hour of the class.
(b) Refund requests made after the one-hour window will not be considered.
(c) Refund requests will terminate the service provided.

3. Refund Processing:

(a) Approved refunds will be processed within 2-14 business days after the approval of the refund request.
(b) Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used during registration or purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

(a) Refunds will not be provided for requests made after the one-hour window.
(b) No refunds will be issued for Trainees who do not attend the class without prior notice.
(c) Trainees are allowed only to reschedule a class once with prior notice before their class starts.
(d) No refunds will be issued before the start of a class.

5. Cancellations and Schedule Changes:

(a) CODEX33 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes for unforeseen circumstances.
(b) No refunds will be issued for Trainees who do not attend the class without prior notice.
(c) Trainees are allowed only to reschedule a class once with prior notice before their class starts.
(d) In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, CODEX33 will provide alternative options or a full refund to affected Trainees.

6. Exceptional Circumstances:

(a) In exceptional cases, such as technical issues preventing class access, CODEX33 may consider refund requests beyond the one-hour window.

7. Refund Policy Updates:

(a) CODEX33 reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated to Trainees.
(b) By enrolling in CODEX33 classes, Trainees acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
